The Game is free to play and supported by advertising. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
Please play fairly. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, exploit the co-op or save systems to harm other players, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or use the Game for anything unlawful.
Party Link connects players directly to play together. You are responsible for who you share your party code with. We provide the matchmaking signal only; gameplay data flows peer-to-peer between players.
Saves are stored in your browser and, optionally, in the cloud against an anonymous sync ID. We are not liable for lost progress due to cleared browser data, a lost sync ID, device issues, or service interruptions. Keep a save code as a backup.
The Game, its characters (Super Sean, Dave, Petroman, Haraku, Ruush, Xelar), artwork, audio, and code are owned by Fire Dragon Interactive. You may play and share links to the Game, but may not copy, resell, or redistribute its assets without permission.
The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
Ads are served by third parties subject to their own terms. Your use of ad-supported features is covered by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
